OAKLAND PARK, FL -- Dr. Irv Rosenbaum, chair of Rebuilding Together Broward County’s Board of Directors, is pleased to announce that Fort Lauderdale residents Durée Ross and Adriana Fazzano have been named members of the organization’s Board of Directors. Ross is president of South Florida PR firm Durée & Company; Fazzano is chief of staff for Broward College.  

The Board of Directors at Rebuilding Together Broward County is a dedicated and passionate group of individuals committed to the mission of bringing volunteers and communities together to improve the homes and lives of low-income homeowners. Rebuilding Together Broward County’s vision is to provide a safe and healthy home for all homeowners. It focuses on providing assistance to the elderly and disabled, especially those living in poverty or very low-income situations, and veterans. Its goal is to make a sustainable impact in a community via partnerships with organizations, municipalities and local civic associations. 

Duree RossDuree Ross

Ross is president of Durée & Company, the award-winning PR, marketing and special events firm which she founded in 1999. The firm serves the corporate, agency and non-profit arenas for local, national and international clients. An avid community advocate, Ross is a proud Circle of Red member for the American Heart Association (AHA), serving as the Circle of Red Chair for the 2012 Go Red for Women Broward County (Fla.) campaign; and is a member of the Broward Women’s Alliance, United Way of Broward County’s Envision Founding 40 group and Women’s Executive Leadership Committee, and Ghost Light Society at Broward Center for the Performing Arts. She volunteers her time and PR expertise to a number of non-profit organizations. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science, with a double major in Broadcast Journalism and Sociology, from the University of Miami.

Adriana FazzanoAdriana FazzanoIn her position as chief of staff for Broward College, Fazzano provides leadership and operational oversight of the Office of the President. She also serves as a member of the Ambassador Cabinet of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, which is Broward County’s economic development organization; and president of the Master of Public Administration Student Association at Nova Southeastern University. She is a graduate of the 2014 Florida College Systems Chancellor’s Leadership Seminar Class, and currently serves as the marketing director of the Leadership Seminar’s alumni group. After graduating from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Fazzano served as a Fulbright Scholar in Catania, Italy. She holds a Master of Public Administration with honors from Nova Southeastern University.
