HALLANDALE BEACH, FL – South Florida’s New Breed of Sports Bar, Frankey’s Sports Bar in The Village at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach has launched a new menu. Now available, the new menu at Frankey’s offers a taste for everyone including additions to Appetizers, Entrées, Sides and Desserts. Featuring an authentic and unique farm-to-fork experience, all meats and poultry are sourced exclusively from the family-owned, all-natural Adena Farms in Ocala, Florida.

New Appetizer dishes include Beef Carpaccio with lemon caper vinaigrette and Himalayan salt; Jerk Spiced Shrimp with grilled pineapple and mango salsa; and Mediterranean Vegetable Pizza with eggplant, Kalamata olives, cremini mushrooms and tomato. Guests with an appetite for 100 percent grass-fed, grass-finished Angus beef can delve into one of Frankey’s burgers including Mini Adena Burgers – two four-ounce burgers served with lettuce, tomato and onion. A Chicken Schnitzel dish featuring organic chicken accompanied by cabbage salad and pumpkin seed oil joins the menu alongside an eight-ounce Adena Striploin “Filet” served with celery mash as well as Fish and Chips featuring beer batter dipped Florida grouper and house made fries served with chipotle tartar sauce.

Frankey’s Sports Bar also offers a large selection of tasty micro-brewery beers poured fresh from the keg, a selection of wines from around the world, and handcrafted cocktails including Frankey’s Watermelon Margarita with Herradura Tequila, watermelon, and fresh lemon and lime. For a sweet refreshing summer cocktail, guests can sip on Pear It Up featuring Grey Goose La Poire, St. Germain Elderflower, fresh lemon and cucumber. And for the first time in Florida, Sparkling Wine will be available on tap featuring Eufloria Artist Blend, Banfi, Colombia Valley in Washington.

Bar specials include Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. with $6 Beers of the month, $7 Mimosas, Bloody Marys, glasses of Prosecco or Sparkling Rose on Saturday and Sunday until 4 p.m. and All Day, Everyday $6 Singles and $8 Doubles of Fireball Whiskey, Skyy Vodka and El Toro Tequila. Frankey’s also offers outdoor patio seating where full service is available.

Adena Farms is a family-owned farm with approximately 90,000 acres in Ocala, Florida, where we have built the most modern meat processing facilities. In our restaurants we like to serve, as much as possible, natural foods without GMO and meats where the animals are raised the natural way – with an abundance of space to roam and without stress, hormones, antibiotics and GMO. We have a deep seeded philosophy in regards to the meats we process – no pain to the animals, no hormones and no antibiotics. While giving our animals the most natural environment, we feed them natural foods and keep records of what they are fed. Our cows are grass-fed and roam free on thousands of acres. Our chickens, turkeys, pigs and sheep have very large free-range grazing facilities. Working together with other Florida farmers, we also serve only the best fresh produce.
