Join B Square Burgers & Booze for an Epic New Year’s Eve Celebration! Indulge in B Square’s exciting New Year’s Eve specials including the Branzino on Fire, pan-roasted and stuffed with crab and shrimp, and the Slow-Roasted Prime Rib, with Juniper onion au-jus and served with a stuffed Parmigiano baked potato, as well as classic menu favorites. As part of this special evening, B Square will debut its new Epic Burger, stuffed with caramelized apples and onions, topped with smoked gouda, confit pork belly in a savory chocolate miso glaze with a shoestring crunch.
From 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., B Square will transform its bar into an Epic New Year’s Eve Open Bar Party with a live DJ. Open bar is available for $75 (plus gratuity & tax) and includes a midnight champagne toast. Guests dining at the restaurant that evening will receive 20 percent off of the open bar price.
The celebration continues the next day at B Square’s Hangover Bottomless Brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. B Square’s brunch classics, like the Three Meat Skillet, made with bacon, sausage and pancetta, served over a cheddar biscuit and potato hash and topped with two poached eggs, and the Banana Nut Bread French Toast, served with whipped cream and vanilla bean gelato, are the perfect remedies after a late night of partying. In addition to its regular brunch menu, B Square will offer $15 bottomless mimosas, sangrias and Bloody Marys and $30 bottomless Moët mimosas.
