Summer vacation can throw your child off their normal sleep schedule very easily, making the back-to-school transition that much more difficult for the both of you. According to a recent NBC News article, keeping sleep schedules the same everyday is very important because adopting an irregular schedule during summer vacation means it will be harder to readapt when school starts again.
