Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) is excited to announce that the School Choice application window for the 2017/18 school year takes place December 1, 2016 - February 8, 2017.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to explore all of the District’s School Choice options available for their family. BCPS is a national leader for offering innovative, personalized learning programs to meet students’ interests and prepare them for college and careers. The School Choice application window provides an opportunity to apply for a magnet school, Nova school or attend a school other than a student’s home boundary school (school reassignment).
To assist families in learning more about the many educational options available, the District has refreshed its School Choice website, browardschools.com/schoolchoice, to allow parents to view school information by student interests, school configuration and by individual school name.
Parents are encouraged to use the online application, which will be available on the School Choice website beginning December 1, 2016.
