DAVIE, Fla. – Grab your Halloween costume and get ready for a family friendly night of artful, frightful fun on Friday, October 28 from 3 to 8 p.m. at Young At Art Museum, located at 751 S.W. 121 Ave. in Davie. The museum-wide event features a range of colorful art-filled activities; dancing to Halloween-themed music; participating in costume parades and a costume contest; enjoying early childhood activities and more!
Halloween-themed activities will include:
- YAA ArtStations, where visitors can create Halloween decorations, glowing monster masks and creepy coral accessories
- YAA Art Institute, Spooky Darkroom Photograms ($5 per person)
- Costume Parades at 5 and 7:30 p.m.
- Costume Contest at 6 p.m.
- Not-So-Scary Music Time & Activity in WonderScapes at 3:30 p.m.
- Larry’s Monster Jam from 4:30 to 5 p.m.
- DJ Dracula Dance Party from 7 to 7:30 p.m.
- Ghoulish giveaways from GoGo Squeez and New York Life Insurance Company
- Exploration of the Museum and current exhibition Hi-Tech Hi-Tech/Lo-Tech - An exploration of the ever-changing spectrum of art and technology
