IHG, F & F LLC, and Hotel Equities announce the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new Staybridge Suites hotel located at 4901 Griffin Road Davie, FL 33314.

The new 74,840 square foot Staybridge Suites will have 104 rooms and a meeting room that will be utilized for corporate events and local Town of Davie meetings.  

Construction of the Staybridge Suites Hotel is targeted for a 13-month completion, with an opening date estimated for September 2018.

The Staybridge Suites will begin accepting applications early 2018 for the 25 new positions at the hotel.
Carr Builders LLC, is serving as the General Contractor for the project. The Town of Davie, Mercantile Bank, Live Oak Bank, Hotel Equities, and IHG are all providing support for the project.

The Staybridge Suites Davie FL, will house a unique Solar and Thermal heating system designed and installed by Entero Energy. This system will contribute up to 10% of the hotel’s total energy consumption.  

Conveniently located by the Florida Turnpike and the Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport, the Staybridge Suites will provide a complimentary shuttle to and from the Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport for its guests.  

The Groundbreaking Ceremony will take place on August 24, 2017 at 10 am. Speakers will include The Honorable Mayor Judy Paul of the Town of Davie.
