FORT LAUDERDALE BEACH, Fl -- Fort Lauderdale Beach is getting closer to welcoming its first true luxury residential high-rise condominium on the beach in a decade as PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach goes vertical. The 18-story luxury tower has laid the foundation for its robotic parking garage and has poured up to its third floor of development, as the building continues to near its official debut in early 2017.
Led by Fort Lauderdale-based general contractor, Stiles Construction, PARAMOUNT’s first through third floor slabs and ramp for the tower have been poured, and utility piping around the site is planned to begin next month. More than 11,750 cubic yards of concrete have been poured and 1,450 tons of rebar have been installed as the project continues its steady forward momentum.

PARAMOUNT Fort Lauderdale Beach recently unveiled its highly-anticipated penthouse collection consisting of four, two-story duplex residences ranging in price from approximately $4.6 million to $9.1 million.
