LIGHTHOUSE POINT, FL – The Taste of Lighthouse Point 2013 is right around the corner on January 22. This annual event, presented by the Lighthouse Point Chamber of Commerce, brings 20-plus local restaurants to dish out their signature items for your tastebuds.

"Chamber members have worked very hard to create a fun event this year for attendees," said Lighthouse Point chamber president Mike McLain. "This is a great opportunity to showcase some of the many delicious restaurants we have in the area."

In addition to food tastings, there will be complimentary wine and a silent and Chinese auction featuring a number of different items, including a chance to bid on a condo trip in Colorado. The chamber will again be auctioning off the popular wine wagon with 25 different bottles of wine.
This year's event is January 22, 2013, 6-9 p.m. at the Lighthouse Point Yacht & Racquet Club, 2701 Northeast 42nd Street  Lighthouse Point, FL 33064

Participating restaurants include: Bobby Rubino's, Bonefish Mac's, Brusco's, Café Maxx, Cap's Place, Costco, da Campo Osteria, Duffy's Sports Bar & Grill, Edible Arrangements, El Jefe Luchador, GFS Marketplace, Hot Tomatoe, J. Mark's Restaurant, La Mimosa, Lighthouse Point Yacht Club, Lito's Turf & Surf, The Nauti Dawg Marina Café, Oceans 234, Olympia Flame Diner, Packy's Sports Grill, Publix at Venetian Isles, Red Fox Diner and Sicilian Oven.
