Calling all bike riders.
If you ride a bike for fun, exercise or to conserve, the city wants you to be at Esplanade Park on Wednesday, Dec. 14, for the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the B-Cycle Program.
B-Cycle is a bike-sharing program that aims to reduce traffic congestion, pollution and carbon emissions. It eliminates the never-ending hunt for parking and, most important, it is great for your health and the health of our planet.

B-Cycle launch will begin in Hollywood at 10:30 am, move to Fort Lauderdale at 1:30 pm and end in Pompano at 4:00 pm.
Where: Esplanade Park, 400 SW 2nd Street, Fort Lauderdale
When: Wednesday, Dec 14, 1:30 p.m.
Immediately before the ceremony, a mini ride will take place. If you'd like to participage, call 954.828.4742 or email PETULAB@FORTLAUDERDALE.GOV.
