FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – PAWS, an auxiliary of the Humane Society of Broward County, will be hosting their highly popular Angel PAWS event and silent auction virtually this year. Event co-chairs Margaret Meldeau, Susan Smith and Shawn Smith-Myers have been working diligently on coordinating the virtual event and securing fabulous items for the auction. The virtual fashion show presentation, presented by Saks Fifth Avenue Boca Raton, will take place on Wednesday, January 27 at 5:30pm. Tickets are $50 and include the private YouTube link and the chance to win a shopping spree at Saks Fifth Avenue Boca Raton. Sponsorship opportunities are also available which will include a special delivery of food, martinis and champagne to the sponsor’s home, plus other special personal touches.
Also, the beloved Angel PAWS silent auction, featuring gently pre-owned designer handbags and jewelry will be available online this year. Fashionable pieces by Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci and Christian Dior are among some of the designer items that will be featured. The auction will open on Friday, January 22 at 10:00am and will close on Wednesday, January 27 at 9:00pm. You can easily support the animals by bidding online from the comfort and security of your own home! Tickets are not required to participate in the online auction.
In addition to the online silent auction, guests will be able to participate in an online prize drawing with the chance to win a stunning gold necklace with a diamond heart, a Valentino by Mario Valentino purse or a William Sonoma package. Tickets are 1 for $50 or 3 for $100. But the fun won’t end there as guests will also be invited to purchase “virtual keys” for the chance to unlock one of the 8 vitrines which will all contain amazing gifts. Virtual Keys are $25 each, but a minimum of $100 in prize drawing tickets must be purchased in order to purchase keys.
