ENTRY DEADLINE:  JANUARY 12, 2013

ENTRY FEES:  $20 per person for one division, $10 per person for second division. Fees may be paid by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. Make checks payable to City of Fort Lauderdale and mail to: Jimmy Evert Tennis Center, 701N.E. 12th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.

RULES & INFO:  Players are limited to two divisions. Two sets regular scoring. Third set will be a super tiebreaker.
Call (954) 828-5378 on January 17 for match time. *Matches will be played Saturday and Sunday, and if needed,
continue through the week.

This tournament is part of the "Triple Crown" series. Points will be awarded towards prizes for the top point
winners in the "Triple Crown" series.
