Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is pleased to announce that it will open its second Fort Lauderdale location on Tuesday, October 17 at 2510 West Broward Blvd. To signify the official grand opening, the Hot Light™ will be turned on at 6:00 a.m.
To celebrate the grand opening, Krispy Kreme of South Florida will honor the first 100 customers in line (drive-thru customers not included) at the new Fort Lauderdale location with:
- One free dozen Original Glazed doughnuts every week for a year to the FIRST customer in line
- One free dozen Original Glazed doughnuts every month for one year to customers 2 through 100
- Commemorative Grand Opening T-Shirt to the first 100 customers in line
The Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, local dignitaries including Vice Mayor Bruce Roberts and Commissioner Robert McKinzie and Krispy Kreme team members will also celebrate the grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m.
This new Fort Lauderdale location is approximately 1,800 square feet and will operate 24 hours a day, Monday through Sunday. The new shop will feature more than a dozen varieties of Krispy Kreme’s one-of-a-kind doughnuts, including the signature Hot Original Glazed®, bagels, and a specialty drink menu with a selection of iced beverages, espresso drinks, and Krispy Kreme Signature Coffee Blends.
