Under the South Florida sun, not even the most effective sunscreen can keep us safe from all sun-related skin damage. In fact, skin cancer is more prevalent here than anywhere else in the country. That’s why Broward Health North is offering a FREE skin cancer screening* with Dr. Melanie Hecker, MD. The procedure is quick, painless and FREE, but due to high demand, it’s by appointment only. *This is an initial screening only and NOT intended as a second opinion.
