To make gold charged water try finding a one-ounce coin or a ring. Wash it well and place it in a pot filled with 4 cups of water. Boil it down, until two cups of water remain. Drink two cups a day and don’t eat sour foods beforehand!

The Benefits Of Silver Charged Water

In the past, people used to preserve milk by putting silver in it, as it contains antifungal, antiviral, and antibacterial properties. Silver helps people who have problems with urinary tract system, digestive system or epilepsy.

Copper charged water benefits your circulatory and nervous system. It helps people with diseases such as anemia, osteoporosis and liver diseases, just to name a few. To make copper charged water, simply store the water in a copper container overnight and don’t forget to clean your copper vessel with lime before storing your water in it.
