FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Brimstone WFG Holding Company, LLC is pleased to announce that it has promoted Thad Karwowski to the position of General Manager at its upscale, contemporary eatery, Brimstone Woodfire Grill.  Located in the Shops at Pembroke Gardens in Pembroke Pines, Florida, Brimstone Woodfire Grill boasts exceptional quality and a mélange of flavors, including steaks cooked in a 1600-degree broiler, woodfire-grilled fresh seafood, gourmet flatbreads, sushi and salads.  Karwowski was most recently the restaurant’s Assistant Manager.
 
In his new position as General Manager, Karwowski will oversee the day to day management and operations of Brimstone Woodfire Grill.   He will work closely with all of Brimstone’s personnel to create a warm and friendly dining experience for all of the restaurant’s patrons.

Prior to joining Brimstone Woodfire Grill, Karwowski was a manager with Bonefish Grill for five years.  He began his career in the restaurant industry as a server and bartender at various establishments.  A native of Upstate New York and SUNY graduate, Karwowski currently resides in Sunrise, Florida.

Bone-In Ribeye are seasoned and prepared in the 1600 degree broiler and served with a salt crusted baked potato.  Topping choices such as the Blue Cheese & Bacon Crust or Lobster Horseradish can be added to any of the steaks.  In addition to the perfectly grilled steaks, Brimstone boasts an extensive menu of irresistible, flavorful entrées including Sautéed Snapper with Shrimp & Scallops, Chilean Seabass with Pesto, Blackened Mahi Mahi with Linguine, Lamb Loin with Mint Reduction, and a Bell & Evans “All Natural Roasted Chicken”, to name a few.
