The U.S.1 and the Henry E. Kinney Tunnel Project extends from S.E. 17th Street to Broward Boulevard and is expected to finish in summer 2012.

The project includes median widening, new drainage, bridge maintenance, repaving and tunnel maintenance. The quarterly open house meetings are an opportunity for residents and businesses to ask questions and discuss concerns about roadway improvements with the project team.
