SUNRISE, FL – Doris Italian Market & Bakery, a premiere specialty supermarket serving South Florida communities, recently hosted its annual Holiday Wine & Food Gala that raised over $2,000 for Impact Broward, a nonprofit organization focused on engaging individuals through service to meet the critical needs of children, adults and nonprofits in Broward County.

"We appreciate the support from Doris Italian Market," said John Gargotta, president and CEO of Impact Broward. "This event is a little different than a traditional fundraiser which is why we were so delighted to participate. It was a great opportunity for us to promote Impact Broward."

Doris Italian Market hosts a fundraiser to benefit a local charity several times during the year. The events offer a unique opportunity for the company to give back to the communities they serve across South Florida.
