FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- To get you in the Halloween spirit, the Humane Society of Broward County is hosting a Family Friendly Howl-O-Ween Yappy Hour and Pet Costume Contest on Sunday, October 26th from 12:30 P.M. – 4:30 P.M at Funky Buddha Brewery located at 1201 NE 38th Street in Oakland Park. If you donate $10 or more, you'll receive $1 off drafts for the duration of the event as well as a raffle ticket. Leashed dogs are welcome to attend and are encouraged to dress in their "Howl-O-Ween" best. The costume contest will take place during half time of the Dolphins game and there is a $10 costume contest entry fee for each pet. Funky Buddha Brewery will be proving a basket full of goodies as prizes and fabulous gift items from Dog Tails, Fiesta Pet Deli and Bark Box will be included in the raffle.
