“For nearly a decade, we have held open forum seminars in various cities across South Florida to answer questions from community association leaders hoping to run their communities more effectively and efficiently. Our expectation is that all attendees will leave an ‘Ask the Attorneys’ seminar more knowledgeable about what it takes to be a successful community association than when they arrived,” said Bender.

Additional “Ask the Attorneys” will be planned. Interested attendees should RSVP and send questions or topics for discussion to or call 954-776-1999, ext. 242.

Kaye and Bender are also guests on a weekly radio show the first Thursday of each month. Ask the Experts airs from 5 to 6 p.m. first Thursday of the month on WWNN 1470 AM and 93.5 FM and streams on, iHeart Radio, YouTube and U Stream.
