WILTON MANORS, FL - Nathan Earl, a marketing and communications professional, has been appointed as Director of Development at Poverello, which provides life-saving food and basic living essentials to individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS in Broward County. The announcement was made by Thomas Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Poverello.

"Nathan will play an important role at Poverello as we continue to be a vital HIV/AIDS service organization serving thousands in need for over 25 years," said Smith. "With his experience and enthusiasm, we will invigorate our financing and marketing efforts to ensure our future as a caring provider of nutritional medicine to those in need."

In his new role, Mr. Earl will be responsible for strategic development, fundraising efforts, including social enterprise development and Poverello's "Bowling to Fight Hunger", which has become an annual tradition. In addition, he will serve as the community liaison, cultivate relationships with loyal constituents, pursue local and national sponsors, coordinate community outreach efforts and manage communications and advertising strategies.

Previously, he served as Director of Marketing and New Business Development at Infinite World Studios where he directed the company's communications and public relations strategies. His professional experience also includes serving as CEO and founder of Xenio Communications, as well as Marketing Manager for Covenant Senior Resources Geriatric Care Management in Bradenton, Florida.

Nathan is very active in the community as a volunteer on worthy projects such as Giving Thanks & Giving Program and Bike It For Life, as well as volunteered for The Amazing Race South Florida, Florida AIDS Walk, American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and Circle K International. His educational goals are to attain a Master's degree in International Business from Florida International University with a focus in Social Enterprise Management.
