FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- A good time was had by all as guests progressed their way from house to house for the “Furever Home for the Holidays” event, presented by the Bruder Family. Attendees were greeted by Holiday bell ringers as they began at the home of H. Wayne and Marti Huizenga. Once inside, they enjoyed amazing appetizers and fabulous drinks. From there they boarded a limo-styled party bus as they traveled on to the home of HSBC Chairman of the Board Steve Hudson and his wife Jeannie. Guests were treated to a delicious dinner and desserts all while seated near the water and under the beautiful snowflakes. While at the Hudson estate, attendees had the opportunity to bid on some amazing silent auction items, sip coffee, enjoy a hand-rolled cigar and dance to the music of the Astrid Voxx Band. There were also two lucky winners of a wonderful prize drawing. Lys Rubin was the grand prize winner of a Single Row Bracelet with Blue Topaz Set in Sterling Silver courtesy of Pamela Huizenga Jewelry and Joan Brelsford was the lucky second place winner who won a $500 gift card to Saks Fifth Avenue courtesy of M. Austin and Christine Forman.
PAWS President, Christy Gumberg, was thrilled to announce that this event netted over $80,000 for the Humane Society.
