PLANTATION, FL – Steve Nudelberg, principal thinker at On The Ball Marketing, is pleased to announce that Michelle Esposito, creative director and senior account manager; and Zack Stein, vice president of sales, have been promoted to the position of partner at the Plantation-based sales and marketing agency.

With over 20 years of entrepreneurship experience, Esposito specializes in building businesses online and offline. She joined On The Ball in October 2011 as creative director and senior account manager. She also is a partner in/minority business owner of “On the Book,” a wholly owned subsidiary of On the Ball and a smart way to communicate a message using customized books. Prior to joining On The Ball, Esposito served as vice president of sales & marketing for PureSuasion Inc., a beauty company. Before that time, she was owner/partner of the Dallas, Texas-based Oh My, The Business of Possibilities! firm, which helped clients develop, market, and monetize their ideas, products or services, and brands.
Michelle EspositoEsposito was honored as a 2014 March of Dimes Woman of Distinction in Broward County, and is co-chairing the 2015 March Of Dimes Women Of Distinction for Broward County. She is currently in Leadership Broward Foundation’s Class XXXIII. A highly respected public speaker, Esposito recently spoke at the Association of Fundraising Professionals Fort Lauderdale/Broward Chapter on social media tools for nonprofits.
She graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business in Dallas with a BBA.
Stein,who joined On The Ball in April 2012 as director of business development, was promoted to vice president of sales of the agency in June 2014. As vice president of sales, he is in charge of developing new relationships for On The Ball, and has helped many entrepreneurs name, package and take their products and services to market. Over the past two years, he has been instrumental in developing and executing the newest and fastest growing of On The Ball’s service offerings, training and other sales teams such as Toshiba Business Systems, Enterprise Fleet, BankUnited, and the Miami Marlins on the benefits of “social selling.”
Stein is on the Young Leaders Society Steering Committee for United Way of Broward County. He is also a member of The Miami Club, AIPAC’s (America’s pro-Israel lobby) Young Leadership Division, and the Young Leadership Division, Jewish Federation of Broward County.
Zack Stein Stein holds a bachelor’s in Sports Management and Business Administration from Florida State University’s College of Education in Tallahassee, and an MBA in Global and Business Management from Nova Southeastern University’s H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship in Fort Lauderdale.
