The dogs are being transported to South Florida by the ASPCA and left Mississippi at 11:00 p.m. on Monday, August 27th.  The 775 mile journey is expected to take approximately 14 hours and estimated time of arrival is 1:00 p.m on Tuesday, August 28th.

According to Jo-Anne Roman, Senior Vice President of Operations at the HSBC, “we are fortunate that we have the space available to assist the Humane Society of South Mississippi and hope their shelter is not damaged in the upcoming storm.”

Upon arrival at the HSBC the dogs will be given the opportunity to rest from their journey and hopefully by Thursday they will be available for adoption.
