FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- Eat, Drink, Socialize and Ring in the New Year at Grille 401 on Las Olas Boulevard.  In addition to its already innovative culinary menu, Fort Lauderdale’s hottest new upscale restaurant and bar will feature three new items - Colossal Stone Crabs with Mustard Sauce, a 10 oz. CAB Filet Mignon Las Olas Style, and Banana Cream Pie for dessert, in its New Year’s Eve dinner menu.   Guests will enjoy the ultimate Downtown Dining Experience while celebrating 2013 in style with party favors, a countdown at midnight and a champagne toast.

Grille 401’s passion lies in sourcing a premier selection of fresh ingredients and providing dishes with distinctive flavors and stylish presentation including freshly grilled seafood, steak, handmade pastas, fresh salads and impeccable homemade desserts. A quality cognac and wide wine selection is sure to satisfy even the most discerning connoisseur.  Imaginative, flavorful entrées include Chilean Sea Bass with Pesto, Curry Snapper with Rock Shrimp, Hawaiian Skirt Steak and Truffle Fettucini Alfredo with Wild Mushrooms, to  name a few.  Mouth-watering starters including Crispy Crab Fritters, Grilled Jumbo Shrimp Spring Rolls, Tuna Tartare and American Kobe Cheeseburger Sliders can be easily shared or enjoyed alone.  The extensive lunch menu features a luscious assortment of fresh sushi, salads, sandwiches and entrees.
