Get ready for gourmet grazing as Junior Achievement of South Florida’s Circle of Wise Women hosts the third annual JA World Uncorked!  presented by Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at JA World Huizenga Center at Broward College, 1130 Coconut Creek Boulevard, Coconut Creek,  Fla.
 
This "Fork & Cork Affair" for guests age 21+ will delight the senses as guests stroll through the mini-city known as JA World. From 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. guests will move at their own pace, sampling culinary creations from leading South Palm Beach and Broward area chefs, savoring world-class wines, spirits and craft beers, bidding on silent auction packages and dancing to the sounds of The Edge Band.  Individual tickets are $150 per person.
Chefs from Timpano Italian Chophouse, Publix Apron’s Cooking School, Abe & Louie’s, the International Culinary School at the Art Institute, Hard Rock Café, Hollywood and an array of other restaurants, caterers and specialty shops will provide their talents and gourmet treats.  See the complete line-up of chefs and culinary partners at www.jaworlduncorked.com/partners-sponsors-current/culinary
100% of ticket sales from this Circle of Wise Women signature event will benefit the educational programs at Junior Achievement of South Florida, a 501(c)3 organization.  JA World Uncorked! is a Winterfest sanctioned event.
